It's very important to us that you feel as welcomed and informed as possible when you join us here at Which?

Therefore, we prepare a series of joining events aimed at making sure that you feel engaged and excited about being a part of Which?

Before you join us, you’ll be sent a welcome pack, which includes key information on our heritage, our company values and a welcome from our Chief Exec - all aimed at giving you the best possible start.

Your first day will be structured to allow you to meet your team and spend time with your manager. You’ll also be introduced to a joining 'buddy'– someone from your team or department, who will take you out to lunch in your first few days and be on hand to answer your questions as you settle in.

If you join us in London, we'll arrange for you to visit our Hertford office to give you the chance to listen into our customer calls.

On top of all this, you’ll be invited to a special Welcome Day. These are held regularly to allow new joiners to meet each other and take part in interactive sessions to get to know the different areas of the business and our values. You’ll be able to meet members of the senior management team, and our Chief Executive and others from across the business will join you for lunch on the day.

If you join us as a manager, we put aside time to introduce you to the commercial and leadership aspects of Which?, so you can fully understand our ambitions and our management style.

We’re always looking to review and improve our joining process – and your opinions will count. A few months into your Which? career, we'll invite you to attend a 'reflection’ session, along with other new joiners - an opportunity for you to feedback on your joining experience and make suggestions.
