More than 170 people work in our Marketing Division, which is responsible for taking the highly respected and trusted Which? brand to the wider world

Marketing is made up of a number of specialist departments: New Product Development, Online, Marketing, Insight and Customer Services. All these departments share responsibility for the commercial success of Which?

We work to the highest standards in Marketing across a wide range of activities, both to retain existing customers and attract new ones. We are well known as direct marketing experts and have won numerous awards for our work. The sale of subscriptions to magazines such as Which? Which? Money, Computing Which? Gardening Which? and Holiday Which? is our prime source of revenue. Add the most successful online subscription product in the country and we currently have more than a million subscriptions to our various products. We have recently added a utility switching service, Switch with Which? and Which? Local - a user friendly local recommendation website to our portfolio of products.

Which? also publishes and sells a number of books. Not only do these include our Good Food Guide, which recently clocked up its 55th edition, but a number of practical, self-help books in the Which? Essential Guide series such as ‘Buy, Sell and Move House’, ‘Working for Yourself’ and ‘Giving and Inheriting’. All our books are written by experts in their fields and offer, unbiased practical advice on everyday matters to put consumers in control.

We’ve achieved a lot already, but we’re constantly looking to launch new products. And because there is so much happening, Marketing offers an extremely varied and interesting environment in which to work, with plenty of scope to take your career in different directions.
