Executive Director

Richard Lloyd joined Which? in April 2011 as Executive Director with responsibility for delivering positive change for consumers. Richard has over 20 years’ experience of campaigning, policy-making and service provision in charities, housing agencies and government.

Before joining Which?, he was Campaign Director at CHOICE, the Australian consumers' association, leading their work on banking reform. He had previously been Director General of Consumers International, the world federation of consumer organisations, and led the anti-landmine campaign as Director of the international charity Landmine Action. In the 1990s Richard became Head of Policy at Shelter, drawing on his earlier experience delivering frontline services with housing associations in south London. Richard has also worked for two years in No10 Downing Street as a Special Adviser to the Prime Minister, dealing with economic issues across the government, including strategy, communications and consumer policy.

Matt Bath

Matt Bath

Matt Bath, Head of Technology

Head of Technology

  • Matt Bath, 35, is one of the key Which? spokespeople. Technology editor at Which? for two years, Matt is an experienced spokesperson who can talk on virtually any consumer-related issue.
  • Matt lives in Potters Bar with his wife Lynn and their two children, aged 12 and five. Before joining Which? he was editor-in-chief of a number of national consumer magazines with an international publisher, and he launched the UK’s first internet and web design magazine in 1996. He has nearly 20 years experience as a journalist covering a wide variety of topics.
  • Bad customer service is a particular bugbear of Matt’s – he can’t understand it when, as he puts it, shops seem to go out of their way to make life difficult for their customers.
  • Equally at home in the news studio or ‘on the sofa’, Matt is experienced in giving national television and radio interviews on a wide variety of subjects.

Jenny Driscoll

Jenny Driscoll

  • Jenny Driscoll, 41, is one of Which?’s most experienced spokespeople. A passionate campaigner for the consumer champion, she has chalked up a decade here, during which time she is proud to have played a hand - in one capacity or another - in virtually every big campaign Which? has run.
  • Jenny says she loves working at Which? because every day is different. She works on a variety of campaigns – from Botox to banking – and really puts herself in consumers’ shoes when ‘knocking on the doors’ of big business.
  • She lives with her husband and their two children, both under ten, in Lewisham, south London.
  • Jenny’s current main areas are health and energy but she can talk on virtually any consumer issue.
  • She appears regularly on national television and radio, and is equally comfortable in the news studio or ‘on the sofa’.

Editor, Which? Money

  • James Daley, 33, is Which?'s Money Editor, and is the organisation's key spokesman on all areas of personal finance.
  • His pet hate in the world of money is the litany of hidden charges levied by banks and insurers. James believes companies need to be more upfront about what they're charging before they sign you up to a product.
  • He has been a financial journalist for the past 10 years, and joined Which? in May 2009, after spending five years at The Independent, where he was the Personal Finance Editor.
  • James is married to a Texan and lives in south London, where he's also a local councillor.
  • When he's not campaigning for consumers or his local constituents, you're most likely to find James on one of his three bikes.

  • Rochelle lives in South London with her husband, a Tourism academic and two children, both under five. When she has time, she is a keen runner and recently took first place among her contemporaries in the Abta Travel Convention fun run.
  • A passionate expert, Rochelle is a regular guest on national television and radio programmes.
