Customer views Which? members can share their experiences of products

Share your views on the products we test - and you could win £600 of John Lewis vouchers

We test and rate products such as TVs, laptops, digital cameras, printers and washing machines more thoroughly than anyone else – with exhaustive lab tests and brand reliability surveys based on your experiences.

To develop our reviews even further, you can tell us – and other Which? members – about the products you’ve bought and how they perform at home. Either click on one of the links above or visit Which.co.uk to find the product you want to review, then click on the ‘Customer views’ tab as shown in the picture below.

For every review you submit, you'll be automatically entered into our monthly prize draw to win £600 of John Lewis vouchers. Scroll to the bottom of this page for full terms and conditions.

With your customer views, we:

  • tell manufacturers how to improve their products
  • alert makers to potential safety issues
  • enhance testing to check the features that matter most to you
  • remove Best Buy status if you uncover reliability issues
  • and help you buy exactly the right products for your needs

From a pushchair recall that occurred when you told us its wheels wouldn’t swivel properly, to removing a printer’s Best Buy status after its functions failed too quickly for members - your views have a real impact on product standards.

And whether you hate microwave noise or cleaning coffee machines, we’ve tweaked testing to assess these.

Rated by you – what you're saying on Which.co.uk

We receive more than 100 customer reviews a week on everything from coffee machines to dishwashers. Here are some examples of recent reviews posted by Which? members:

  • De’Longhi Magnifica Rapid 'I have owned this machine for just over a month now, and quite frankly love it… One of my best gadget purchases to date and has nearly made my kettle obsolete!' (Posted by Stueyg)
  • Dualit NewGen Silver 'Although this toaster appears to very basic, its usability is excellent! We have had many toasters over the years, all have had their weaknesses, but this one does exactly what it says on the tin, and will do so for many years to come.' (Posted by evansnp)
  • Breville Brita Spectra VKJ097 'We’ve had 3 Breville kettles with the Brita filter system. The lid opening mechanism has failed on all of them. I was hesitant about buying the most recent kettle but optimistically hoped that Breville would have fixed the problem with the lid. They have not! I bought the kettle about 2.5 months ago and it has now broken.' (Posted by Anon)
  • Samsung Galaxy Note 'I very rarely write reviews of anything so writing this either means something is dire and it's a warning to others - or it's an exceptional buy. In the case of the Samsung Galaxy Note it's most definitely the latter and what a fantastic mobile phone it is!' (Posted by Anon)
  • Siemens SN65M031GB 'Having checked the Which? website and bought this machine on its recommendation, I can say that it is a joy. The washing is excellent, although to be fair, my old, VERY cheap machine washed OK too, but the silent operation is superb!' (Posted by Duchess1)
