How to get the podcasts

The easiest way to get the podcast is via the iTunes music store - but you'll need to have iTunes installed on your computer. If this sounds like you, click here to go the store.

If you're not sure what all this is about, read our guide to podcasting.

You can also listen to the podcasts in other podcast software. Or you can download the files directly, save them on your computer, and play them from there - your computer should work out how to play the file automatically.

To do this on a PC, for instance, right click on link for your chosen podcast (eg Listen to the cars podcast) choose 'Save target as' and save the file. You can then open it (double click it or start an audio player like Windows Media Player and open the file from there).
