Did you know that Which? members can now rate and review products online?
Whether your experience with a product has been good or bad, we want to hear from you.
These comments will sit alongside the results of our expert tests online and will provide an overall picture to help people buy the right products to suit their needs.
Setting up a screen name
Before you start posting reviews of products, you'll need to set up a screen name.
This is easy to do and takes only a couple of minutes.
First of all, log in to Which.co.uk as you would normally, entering your username and password.
Next, click on Your account in the top right corner of the home page.
Scroll down until you see Your screen name and then click the Change screen name button.
Decide on your screen name, but remember that it must be at least six characters long and should contain a combination of the letters a-z and the numbers 0-9.
Enter your screen name, and when you've finished, click Update.
Rating products and writing reviews
Once you've set up your screen name, you're good to go.
Simply find the product you want to review via the home page or reviews home page. When you've found it, click on the Customer views tab on the top of the page.
First of all, click on one of the grey ticks to give the product a rating from very poor to excellent.
The ticks turn green and show each rating as you roll your mouse over them, and will stay green when you've added your rating.
Next, give your review a title in the Title box - this could be your overall verdict of the product, such as 'Excellent TV' or 'Outstanding cleaning'.
Then simply add your full review in the box headed What is your experience of using this product?
And don't forget to click on Post my view when you've finished.
