An online resource providing a unique picture of today's consumers

Which? has launched the Consumer Insight tracker, a new online resource providing a uniquely detailed picture of today's consumers.  The tracker, updated monthly, has data on consumer spending, attitudes and behaviour, and can be filtered by age, income, gender or region.

2,000 adult consumers are polled every month by Populus on behalf of Which?. The survey is demographically representative, so includes consumers of different age groups, income groups, and regions. And we produce a spending power index based on national statistics, to help unravel the relationship between disposable income and confidence to spend.

Our research looks at every aspect of life, so we can see what drives consumer behaviours.  For example, the data will tell you: how satisfied are consumers with different aspects of their lives; if consumers are spending more or less, and what are they spending on; and what their main worries are. You can filter results by Which? cluster, age group, gender, income, or region – whatever you need to get the information relevant to you.
