You can create a letter of complaint about your endowment mortgage in a few simple stages.

Documents you need

First, gather all the documents you have about the sale of the product and any recent letters your endowment company has sent you. The information you need includes:

  • the name and address of the company that employed the adviser who sold you the policy
  • the endowment policy number
  • the name of insurance company with which you have your endowment policy
  • the date the endowment policy was sold to you
  • the target amount at the time.
