Gloves for your buggy
The Cozypocket fits on to the handle of your pushchair so you can keep your hands warm but pull them out quickly when you need to. It looks like an ingenious product for busy parents - but how did it fare when Which? took it for a trial run?
Cozypocket is a glove – or gloves if you have a two-handled buggy – that stays permanently attached to your pushchair.
It's designed to keep your hands warm while leaving you free to remove them fast to undo pushchair buckles, drink coffee, wipe your child's nose, find your keys, answer your phone... and so on.
These aren't the ones from Dragons’ Den – those were Mummy Mitts. The Cozypocket was relaunched with a new look last year.
You can get a 'Mono' Cozypocket if your pushchair has just one handle. We took a 'Duo' for a spin on a two-handled buggy on a chilly day.
Each 'pocket' fastened well around the handle, with Velcro. They have a fleecy fabric inside, and a tougher fabric on the outside that's claimed to be weatherproof.

The design allows you to adjust the size of the pocket to fit large or small hands. This worked well for our trialists - a mother, a father and a grandmother.
We found that inside the pockets it was pretty warm, although they were a bit more drafty than gloves towards the wrist. The payoff is you can indeed get your hands out quickly.
Although you may feel like you're wearing a couple of tea cosies, if you're the sort of person who loses gloves - or feels hassled trying to juggle them with a phone and a toddler - a Cozypocket could be the answer.

Pros: We liked the convenience and found them pretty warm.
Cons: For parents who find putting gloves on and off isn't a chore, Cozypocket solves a problem that didn't exist.
