The Cybex Aton is a rearward-facing Group 0+ infant carrier designed for children weighing up to 13kg (12-15 months) and is secured using the adult seat-belt. We've previously tested this seat, but Cybex has just re-designed it to fit onto a base which you leave belted in the car. It can also be used without the base, secured directly using the adult belt.
