We were told the base and car sear fitted fine in our car and were impressed as to how easy it is to clip the seat in and out. However when our son came along, the seat was actually at an angle. Grac have not taken into account new cars and their extra sloping seats. As a result our sons head constantly flopped forward despite us buying extra head supports. We have had to scrap the autobase and use the belt system which works better but after sitting him in some more expensive car seats such as cybex we have realised it is a very cheap system we bought and doesn't really provide good comfy support for our son. Wish we could turn back clock and spend a little more money and get a much better travel system. It is worth it, also it is very heavy, not good after c-section. My advice: its worth spending a little more on a better system in long run. Pros: Cons:

Husband lost his job when 14wks pregnant so huge budget issue. Got a special I love my bear version through Toys r us - very good price. £260 (in Oct '09) for carseat, pushchair, soft carrytot, auto-carbase, footmuff and raincover. Liner of footmuff is designed as bear head for cushion and two paws out the side, my daughter now pulls these around herself like the bear is cuddling her! It's lovely to push, though not quite one handed once my daughter hit a year old, about 9kg. Carrytot was great for transferring in and out of home, used to put her in it inside her big cot in first few months. Car seat is still spotless, all covers washable, heavy in first few weeks with stitches but that's what hubby was for!Daughter now 18mths and I use this pushchair daily on the buses. Once you have the knack, on and off is easy, even when the bus driver hasn't lowered the bus or missed the stop. Came off backwards but had lovely tight turn around the bell-pole in disabled/pushchair park on First's double deckers, have had several complimentary comments when I turn it tightly. Only gripe on buses is the back wheels sticks out a fraction further than the front and sometimes catch on things, and it's so long, if have to share parking space the handle is out into the gangway enough to catch on people's shopping and people tempted to grab it on way by. Still shorter than most of the other travel systems or doubles we see. A folding handle would solve this as chassi isn't that long. We live in first floor flat and used to store it upstairs, it is really heavy in this situation - but I could do it without straining once my birth stitches had healed. We now keep it behind the door, lose about 4inches of opening space but saves leaving daughter in cot whilst going back for pushchair, I manage that with her on my hip now. One hand fold is genuine, so speedy it gets a couple of second glances when you do it at the busstop. Think because it looks too big to move like that!Only issue we have now is 18month old in cosytoes is a little cramped, we're looking for a longer one; and their is no calf support once her legs reached over the end - she can't reach foot rest yet. This might be due to ToysRUs and not Graco. The stroller lies fully flat, used it both ways from birth, but now her poor little legs hang down while she's asleep.Big wheels and lots of bounce made it great off road walking dogs, we do stony riverbanks, mud, snow, the lot! Raincover is lovely fit once you get the hang of it, and fits over carseat too if walking somewhere. We got a separate carseat raincover for when using the car alone. Sunshade flips both ways, which is brilliant, but doesn't quite cover her. We tried a clip on parasol, but no good as the chassi tubes are large ovals, not round. Now have Koo-di's universal shade and sleep net. It's black which looks a little odd, but fits perfectly, is spf50, and she can see out (i sat in pushchair to check, comfy and chunky!), you just have to lift an edge to see in, and it packs into it's own pocket and hangs on the handle. Parent tray is ace, as my husband demonstrated at his rugby club, you can walk over stud-studded grass with a pint in each side if you sip the tops of first. Ahem. And the shopping basket, wow! I did several heavy 4 bags and a 12 pack of diet coke trips back home on the bus with it. Daughter normally asleep in the flat position by now, so just drop the basket down to get it all in. We are looking to get a simple umbrella fold to keep in the car now daughter is walking, but I haven't found anything with the wheels and basket off this pushchair - not sure I can cope without them!Yes, there is an awful lot of plastic, but this is a budget travel system! If you expect a finer aesthetic touch, you'll just have to pay for it. We knew if would be bulky but the pros outweigh the little niggles I have with it.If you need a travel system and are stuck for cash get this, you won't regret it if you've done your research on it; if money not so much of an issue, pay a bit more for something fancier. We area expecting to use this for at least our next child if not also for my sister's! When you can easily spend hundreds and hundreds of pounds for various modes of transport for babies we wanted something that covered everything safely and was practical and good value. We found the Graco travel system to be just that.It is quite wide and bulky in comparison to some other models, but the upside to that is that baby gets more room and the large basket underneath is a life saver when coming home alone with lots of shopping! We hvae taken it out in the forest, on a pebble beach and generally around town and it has proved to be very durable.Steering is smooth and easy. The cup holders are handy and the rest across baby when in stroller mode are a great footrest for my son! The car seat is really easy to fit in and out of the stroller to save disturbing a sleeping baby on short journeys. The carrycot was cosy in the winter and was really handy when at other peoples houses for nap times. My son was in the carrycot until about 4 months and then moved into the forward facing stroller which can be laid flat for sleeping on the go. He is still in it now and in stroller mode you get even more room under the seat for shopping bags.It would have been useful if the handle bars could have been adjustable but overall we found this to be great value for money. We were chuffed that we'd found a pushchair that came with everything we could possibly need at such a low price, but in time we learned that you really do get what you pay for!Since owning the Quattro Tour Deluxe, just one word springs to mind when I think of Graco: Plastic. Everything that they can make plastic, IS plastic. But I'm a reasonable person who's willing to overlook the cheap materials used providing the product is satisfactory, but alas... the product is anything but. When my son was newborn, everything was fine(ish). He'd go in the carrycot and if we were just popping into the shops from the car then I could pop the carseat onto the pushchair with ease. Unfortunately, the pushchair doesn't have an adjustable handlebar meaning my husband would have to stoop down in order to push it. (he's 6ft, hardly a giant)Although easy to fold, it's still so big once folded that it's a struggle to get it to fit in most car boots. And heavy too!At around the 3 month mark, my baby was too long to fit both the carrycot and the carseat (when it was on top of the pushahir) meaning my only option was to have him facing outwards with the pushachair in stroller mode. However, the stroller function is only really suitable once the baby is 6 months old rendering this pushchair completely useless from the ages of 3-6 months. Not exactly the value for money I had in mind. All I wanted from a pushchair was something that would be easy to use and value for money and I got neither of these from the Graco. I'd argue that Which's review is far too generous and I would warn others to steer clear of this pushchair. Do yourself a favour and save a bit more money to invest in a better quality travel system. You'll save yourself a lot of money in the long run. Pros: Cons:

However, it may be quite hot in summer. I felt once he was too big for the carrycot, he was still a bit small to lay flat in the buggy, I also wasn't keen on the forward facing aspect when he was so small. However, he now loves this as can sit up and watch everything.I sometimes find the catch for the recline difficult. The handle doesn't adjust, I find it just a bit high when I'm in my trainers and my Husband complains it's a bit too low.The basket is great. It's huge!Once you no longer use the carrycot, it does fold well and fit in the car in just one piece. But when you have the carrycot, it is an extra thing to transport. Although you can attach the car seat. I never did this, as don't agree with babies not lying flat.I love the cup holders, clock & box for storing coins for the bus to save me getting my purse out. My baby likes to bang stuff on his tray. This buggy has lasted well and I think it's good value. I notice the above comment about having to replace the wheels, but it was nearly 2 years old. My friend had to replace her M&P chassis after 1 year. And I have another friend who had similar problem with Silver Cross and both of those were much more expensive. They do look nicer, but unsure how much more practical they are. Pros: Cons:

On approaching the company we received no help other than the suggestion that we buy a replacement set of wheels at the cost of £18.50. We expected that a pushchair should last more than 23 months especially at this price. Pros: Cons:
