Vote with your feet
Are you fed up with rubbish deals and poor customer service? One of the most powerful things that you can do is vote with your feet. If companies have to work to keep us, their customer service should improve.
There's extra emphasis to do this as we join consumer groups across the globe to mark World Consumer Rights Day 2012.

The day also marks fifty years since US President John F. Kennedy outlined his vision of consumer rights to the US Congress on 15 March 1962.
