Ford car reviews

Ford has been the number one selling brand in the UK for a very long time - and with good reason. Its range of models is very strong, with many boasting class-leading chassis dynamics and spacious packaging. The UK's best-selling car, the Fiesta, is a very good case in point.

Ford's dealer network is comfortably the largest in the UK - no less than 550 at the last count - meaning that at least one dealer should be just around the corner from you. However, those dealers must not become complacent: they didn't fare very well among our readers in the latest Which? survey.

Ford Focus reviews

The Ford Focus has consistently been Britain's bestselling medium family hatchback since it first went on sale in 1998. In many ways the Ford Focus is the benchmark all other mid-sized hatchbacks and estates are judged by, along with the Volkswagen Golf - although that doesn't necessarily mean it's the best option.

    Ford Streetka 1

Based on the Ka supermini, the two-seat StreetKa roadster is fun to drive and surprisingly practical. But we have some concerns about safety - and fuel economy is shockingly poor for a car of this size.

    Ford Maverick

Ford's compact SUV competitor - basically a rebadged Mazda Tribute - didn't last very long in the UK. But unlike the slew of 'soft-roaders' that have flooded the market in recent years, the Maverick had old-school 4x4 sensibilities.
