Honda has been building Accords since the 1970s, getting steadily bigger and more sophisticated with each generation. The latest one is a quality family car - safe, practical and decent to drive. Owners seem to love their Accords too.

Honda CR-V reviews
The CR-V is Honda's soft-roader answer to the Toyota RAV4. We've had four generations of CR-V to date, the latest one boasting great levels of safety and generous equipment. While it can't match the off-road performance of the Land Rover Freelander, the Honda CR-V is practical, safe and reliable family transport.

Honda CR-Z reviews
The Honda CR-Z aims to bring fun and excitement to eco-conscious motoring. This sports coupe is a petrol-electric hybrid but unlike its sister model, the Honda Insight, it has a manual gearbox and a chassis set-up designed for driver fun. It certainly works on the fun level, but it's not particularly practical and fuel economy should be better.

Honda CR-Z (2010-)
New price: £18,050 - £24,370
Honda Civic reviews
The Civic hatchback is Honda's single most important model. It's built in the UK at Honda's Swindon factory and boasts unique styling and a brave cabin design. The Civic competes in the medium car class, against the more conservative Ford Focus and Volkswagen Golf.

Honda Insight reviews
The hybrid-powered Honda Insight is a direct rival for the Toyota Prius but is sold at more competitive prices. It's a car designed to be as green as possible, and its petrol-electric power system offers excellent fuel economy and low carbon emissions. But does the Insight really make more sense than a conventional large family car?
-
Honda Insight (2009-)
New price: £17,010 - £23,190
Honda Jazz reviews
The popular and highly accomplished Honda Jazz is now in its second generation. In the supermini category, the Jazz is a real class act. It has a phenomenally flexible cabin and a huge boot as well. Owners love the Jazz too - it's just about the most reliable car in its class.

Honda Legend reviews
1 review available (2006 - 2007) | Used price: from £11,550
The Honda Legend has been a consistent - if marginal - player in the luxury car market since the badge first appeared in 1986. The latest model, launched in 2006, is now longer on sale new but it makes an interesting, left-field alternative to a used Audi A6 or Jaguar XF - and one that's very good value. One oddity: it's four-wheel drive only.
-
Honda FR-V reviews
1 review available (2004 - 2009) | Used price: from £5,875
The Honda FR-V is an unusual family MPV: it has a clever layout of six seats in two rows of three abreast - only the Fiat Multipla offers a similar format. That means the FR-V is shorter than most MPVs, but wider and so a little trickier to park. Can the FR-V match the standards set by MPV leaders like the Toyota Verso and Ford C-Max?

Honda Stream reviews
1 review available (2001 - 2005) | Used price: from £2,450
Honda's seven-seat people carrier never really caught on, in spite of its many merits, and was discontinued here in 2005. Strong reliability and space for seven make it a worthwhile candidate for large families.

Honda S2000 reviews
1 review available (1999 - 2009) | Used price: from £5,095
Very few sports cars have the edgy qualities that the Honda S2000 does. And none of them - not even excellent rivals like the Porsche Boxster and BMW Z4 - has such a convincing reliability record. With an engine that can rev to 9000rpm, Honda's S2000 sounds like a Formula 1 car - a truly exhilarating driver's machine.
