  • NEW PRICE: £21 750 - £36 845
  • USED PRICE: From £12 095

Land Rover's Freelander is the firm's 'soft-roader' - aimed more at families than those aiming to take on muddy tracks. It doesn't offer the off-road ability of the other cars in the Land Rover range, and it is fairly expensive to run.

New Land Rover Freelander reviews

The current Land Rover Freelander is practical, with good interior space, but the downside of that is a fairly big body which can be hard to park. The engines are powerful enough, but fuel economy and CO2 emissions are pretty poor.

    New price: £21 750 - £36 845

The Freelander 2 is currently the smallest Land Rover, but it's still a fairly pricey purchase. We find out if it makes more sense than a Honda CR-V, for example.

Used Land Rover Freelander reviews

Used Land Rover Freelanders can be found fairly cheaply due to the high running and ownership costs. Reliability is also fairly poor.
