The Mini Clubman is a modern interpretation of the original 1960s Mini estate. Launched in 2007, the main purpose of the Clubman is to deliver increased practicality while keeping the style and fun-to-drive character of the Mini hatchback. Style like this comes at a premium price though.

New Mini Clubman reviews

The Mini Clubman expands the boot space of the cramped Mini hatchback - but not by much. There's a novel but very small rear-hinged passenger door on the right-hand side (sadly the wrong side for UK traffic). Choose between First, One, Cooper, Cooper S and diesel models and make sure you get the pre-pay TLC service deal.

It may be much larger than the Mini of the 60s, but the Mini Clubman is still rather cramped. But that doesn't seem to put off too many buyers.

Used Mini Clubman reviews

The Mini Clubman is an expensive choice as a used car. You can keep costs down if the first owner bought the TLC service option when new, as your servicing costs will be covered till the car is five years old or has covered 50,000 miles.
