Seat car reviews

Seat began life as a manufacturer of badge-engineered Fiats in Spain. It struck out on its own in 1982, only to become a subsidiary of the Volkswagen Group in 1986. Since then, VW has groomed it as the sporty, youthful brand in its portfolio, with a string of sharply styled models such as the Ibiza and Leon, which share many parts with their VW equivalents, the Polo and Golf. You could view Seat as a kind of Spanish Alfa Romeo. 

Seat sits below VW in price terms but above Skoda, another VW subsidiary. In customer satisfaction, however, it's below both.

The smart new Seat Alhambra has arrived, and not a moment too soon. It's a full-sized MPV - unusual in a market dominated by mid-sized people carriers - built to compete with established market originator the Renault Espace and newer models like the Peugeot 5008.

Seat Exeo reviews

    The Seat Toledo was discontinued in 2009 and was large family car which its designers would have like to be an MPV - along the lines of the Renault Vel Satis . In reality, it lacks the flexibility offered by any MPV competitors and it really only offered competition to traditional large cars, like the Vauxhall Vectra or Ford Mondeo .
