  • NEW PRICE: £21,930 - £33,995
  • USED PRICE: From £13,095

Think of the Volkswagen Passat CC as a cut-price Mercedes-Benz CLS or Audi A5 Sportback - a four-door saloon with appealingly sleek coupe styling. Although pricier and less practical than the regular Passat that it's based on, the CC does have plenty of showroom appeal, and drives well too.

New Volkswagen Passat CC reviews

With a dramatically sweeping roof-line, the Volkswagen Passat CC looks like a coupe. In reality it's a four-door saloon, based on the VW Passat, but with rather less interior space. It's the best value of the rash of recent four-door coupes such as the Audi A5 Sportback and Mercedes-Benz CLS and the CC range encompasses TDI diesels, TSI petrols, right up to a range-topping 3.6 V6 4Motion.

Used Volkswagen Passat CC reviews

Launched in 2008, the VW Passat CC is priced at premium levels as a new car, but used buyers love it too so it's still expensive as a used option. Let's hope the CC fares better than the regular Passat in the reliability department - the ordinary saloon isn't terribly dependable.
