The Which? Forums are now closed, effective 5pm on May 23rd 2011.

You can still view information contained on the forums until October 2011 for reference purposes, but you will no longer be able to make any posts.

• Join the members only community on Which? Connect and help shape future reports and take part in surveys about our services
• Get involved in Which? Conversation - while this is not a space for customer service inquiries, it does offer an opportunity for Which? and consumers to discuss the issues of the day.
