Computing Helpdesk is an email advice service available to all subscribers to the magazine. You can use it to ask questions, access tailored buying advice, resolve technical problems or decipher error messages. Questions submitted to Computing Helpdesk may be published with your name in the magazine (other identifying details will be removed).

Computing Helpdesk aims to respond to all queries within five working days.

To ensure all readers have a fair chance of getting queries answered, please include only one query in each message. Due to the volume of email we receive, this enables the most appropriate person to respond in a timely manner.
