Dear Sir/ Madam,

Re: [company name] and [Atol number]

On [date] I purchased [give details of holiday] from the above company.

I paid [£xxx] to as payment. I have just discovered that the company has gone into receivership.

Under the Package Travel, Package Holiday and Package Tours Regulations 1992 I believe I am protected by Atol in this instance and entitled to a refund.

I would therefore like to submit a claim for the [£xxx] that I paid.

Please find enclosed copies of my receipt(s) in support of my claim.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
