I have decided that I wish to cancel the warranty.

The Supply of Extended Warranties on Domestic Electrical Goods Order 2005 states that I am entitled to a pro-rata refund for each full month remaining on the warranty at the point of cancellation. 

As there are [x] months remaining on the warranty, I am entitled to the return of the following sum [£xx].  

I look forward to receiving the sum of [£xx] in the next 14 days.
