About ReachingOUT

The ReachingOUT project is a five year Big Lottery funded project being run by the Carers Centre for Brighton and Hove. The project aims to identify and offer information and support to carers from Black and minority ethnic, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender communities and those living in deprived areas of Brighton and Hove.
