Electric shavers: Compare features & prices
Braun Series 1-190 review
http://www.which.co.uk/home-and-garden/bathroom-and-personal-care/reviews/electric-shavers/braun-series-1-190/review/
The reasonably priced Braun Series 1-190 is a basic foil electric shaver, with a price tag to match. It's light on features - it doesn't self clean and there's no battery-level indicator or charging stand. But it does have a beard trimmer and a quick-charge function. We pit this electric shaver against more expensive models to see how its shave compares.

No. of shave heads
We count the number of foils and rotary shave heads. Most shavers have 2 or 3.
Shower use
Not all shavers can be used in the shower so make sure you read the manufacturer's instructions.
Beard trimmer
Most beard trimmers are built in, but you do find detachable beard trimmers as well. Some beard trimmers need the shave head to be removed before use.
Self-cleaning
Whether the shaver comes with its own self-cleaning dock which will clean the shave heads for you.
Power
Mains rechargeable shavers can be used while plugged in and unplugged. Rechargeable models can be used on the move, but not while theyre charging. Mains shavers need to be plugged in to work. Battery powered shavers usually come complete with batteries.
