At that time we did not have information on brand durability or brand customer score to indicate that the boiler was anything less than a good choice, so there was nothing to prevent us from making it a Best Buy. Feedback on our test, both from members and the industry led us to believe that basing our recommendations on very narrow differences in efficiency and ease of use/installation was not what customers were looking for in terms of boiler product recommendations. We have since changed the criteria for making our recommendations and completely revamped our reviews. There has been a succession of different problems and the boiler simply cannot be relied upon. Worse still, when it does actually operate it is too noisy to have in the kitchen.
