Purchased this boiler for a rental property on the advice of our builder and fitted by a reputable plumber with a Magnaclean filter which was religiously cleaned as specified. Everybody blamed everybody else for the frequent cut outs and error messages. Baxi claim it was not fitted correctly, the plumber claims that the Magnaclean was not cleaned and nobody wants to take responsibility for this very expensive mistake. I have never had any problems with my previous Valiant boiler. Baxi customer service has been poor. Our tenants have been very unhappy.
