The Logic 12 Heat Only regular boiler is the smallest of Ideal's Logic Heat Only boiler range and is very similar to the Logic+ 12 Heat Only boiler. It's a little cheaper to buy, but only comes with a two-year (instead of five-year) parts and labour warranty. Ideal has its own team of servicing engineers to deal with problems. This condensing gas boiler is compact enough to be installed inside a kitchen cabinet, and boasts a digital display and simple-to-use dials.
