Buying Hotpoint dishwasher spares

Hotpoint's spare parts and accessories website sells genuine Hotpoint dishwasher spares such as drain hoses, motors, thermostats and basket runners. You'll need your product model number to search for the correct part. Standard delivery will cost £5.99, or £14.98 for express delivery.

Hotpoint guarantee

Hotpoint offers a five-year parts guarantee for all its domestic appliances, including dishwashers. All 'functional' parts are guaranteed for that duration, though it excludes 'cosmetic' dishwasher parts and accessories, as well as 'consumable' parts such as filters. 

You'll need to use an authorised Hotpoint engineer to install the parts – but you'll be charged a time and labour fee outside the first year of owning your dishwasher.

Find a dishwasher repairer

If your product is no longer under guarantee, Hotpoint offers a fixed-price engineer repair charge of £74.98 including call-out, labour and all parts. You can book a repairer by calling 08440 903 444.

If your dishwasher has a serious problem such as a broken motor, an all-inclusive parts and labour fee could be a good option. When we called 150 independent repairers in January 2010 to get a quote for replacing a broken motor on an Indesit dishwasher, prices ranged from £80 to £200.
