Belling cooker reviews
Several Belling cookers have scored well for oven performance in our tough tests and most models tend to score well or excellently for hob performance.
Belling's cooker range includes the G552 Enfield
To test hob performance we heat a frying pan to 200°C then take a thermal image photograph to show the spread of heat across the hob. The best models will show even-heat distribution - meaning food will be cooked more evenly.
We also see how quickly each model can heat a pan of boiling water and test the hob’s simmering ability by cooking rice pudding.
One of the Belling cookers we’ve tested scores excellently for grilling, but unfortunately many of the other models score poorly. Most models only achieve average scores for ease of use and ease of cleaning, and one model scores poorly for ease of cleaning.
If you’re considering buying a specific Belling cooker, check how well it scores on a variety of criteria, by visiting our cooker test results.
Most of the Belling cookers we’ve tested come with a separate grill compartment, two models have a fan oven and one model has a multifunction oven, which offers fan, grill and conventional oven cooking.
