AEG-Electrolux ovens reviews
In the Which? lab, we test ovens on a wide range of criteria, and have found a significant difference between the best and worst models.
In our tests, AEG-Electrolux ovens tend to score particularly well for oven heat distribution and evenness of grilling.
To test grilling performance we cover the grill tray with crustless white bread, place it under a hot grill and assess the size and evenness of the toasted area. Some poorly performing grills manage to toast only about 50% of the bread.
AEG ovens also tend to score quite well for ease of cleaning, but scores for accuracy of controls range from excellent to average, as do scores for ease of use.
Half the models we’ve tested are childproof and they all come with catalytic oven liners or a pyrolytic self-cleaning system. Check out the features section of our guide to buying the best oven for details on how these self-cleaning systems work.
If you’re considering buying a specific AEG-Electrolux oven, check how well it scores on a variety of criteria, by visiting our ovens test results. Here you will also find our compare ovens tool which can help you find an oven that best suits your needs.
As well as testing ovens in our lab, we also survey thousands of oven owners on the reliability of the model they have. Which? subscribers can see AEG-Electrolux’s reliability rating in the table below, or visit the reliability page in our ovens review to see reliability data for all oven brands.
