Have now had this oven for 12 months and as the name of the oven alludes to it is very competent. Although not truly accurate as I am unable to calibrate the oven thermometer, the fan oven is - 3 degrees at 160c; +5 degrees at 180C and + 7 at 210C. The top oven is approx +3 to 5C across the range. Controls are effective and easy to use, the timer works well and the cooking results are excellent. The closed grilling system take some getting used to as the oven replaced a 16 year opld Europa Solar Plus with one ofthe best and quickest grills on the market. That said this oven is a first class piece of kitchen equipment.
