Gas oven which is continental style so the burners take up space in the oven, Difficult to light and wouldn't stay alight. It took the engineer over 2 weeks to do a first visit and then get the part, a simple thermocouple which should be manufactured in bulk, and then come back to fit it. The engineer could only give a day on which he would call, not even morning/afternoon, so I had to stay in all day for two days!I would NOT recommend this oven nor any Baumatic products. This oven does not seem well made, after care is poor and they were totally unsympathetic about my need to have at least some idea of when the engineer might call.
