I was also impressed by the folding up stands giving it more versitility of stacking. However I had the same problem within 2 weeks of taking delivery by the failure of the on/off switch. I telephoned Beko having previously registered my warranty and they could not be more helpful. They advised that they would get in touch with the service company to attend and ensure they had a replacement when they called (I got the impression that these was not the only calls they had received regarding this part) Later the same day I had a phone call from the engineer to advise that they would attend 3 days later. They were very punctual and replaced the faulty part and it has worked perfectly since. I managed to wedge the switch into the 'on' position during this time, so we were not without the washer whilst waiting for the engineer to call and were only slightly inconvenienced. Far superior to our previous 13 year old Whirlpool and at a good price. Pros: Cons:

This happened at 3pm on Christmas Eve when I had a house full of guests and evening party to manage too, so I was not best please. So no dishwasher at the time I needed it most. Got on to retailer and Beko on 27th, to find that Beko will not repair but suggest I get new from retailer. Retailer out of stock so now I have to choose a more pricey model and wait for delivery. Would be interested to know if anyone else has had similar problem. Pros: Cons:

The cleaning results are excellent, and the versatility of the folding plate racks and knife trays are brilliant, especially good for roasting pans and trays. I had an electrolux before buying this machine, and it in no way can compare with this Beko. An excellent purchase and I am totally happy with it and would recommend. Pros: Cons:

I have never purchased a Beko product before and i was a little hesitant, but this machine has torn strips off my previous dishwasher which was a Hotpoint. Which? tested this dishwasher on Auto Sensing program, which i have used once and i must admit the dishes still had some food debris on them, but all the other programs bring out the dishes spotlessly clean and glasses sparkling. Unlike my previous 'Hotpoint' dishwasher which you had to leave dishes inside to dry, the Beko has Turbo fan drying which means i can open the door once the programme has finished and the dishes are bone dry.It also has a useful knife tray on the bottom basket. This Beko dishwasher is extremely quiet during use and you sometimes have to check it is actually working.I am extremely pleased it received 5 stars for Energy & Water use but i really think this machine deserved Best Buy' status. I would definitely recommend this machine and i will be buying Beko products in the future. Pros: Cons:
