Very disappointed with this dishwasher, washing is fair, drying is pathetic. I have to dry the tops of all cups glasses and pots before I can remove them from the dishwasher. The cutlery basket and cheese grater have to be placed on a warm radiator to dry or be dried by hand which defeats the purpose of the dish washer. Compared with my previous machine which was a Rositer/candy this machine is dire.

Dead on Arrival!
Arrived on Tuesday, installed Friday - but not tested - tried to use on Saturday - completely dead. Rang Beko - hopeless customer service. Said as I had ordered it in November (but delivered 2 months later!), then an engineer visit was all they could do. Reminded them of Sales Of Goods Act, went back to retailer (Appliance World) who promptly replace it with a different brand. Poor customer service & poor quality control from Beko.

Appalling customer service!
Bought this dishwasher on the back of the Which? rating, installed in September. It has never once produced a clean load of dishes - everything comes out with a greasy, slimy grit on it that sets rock hard if not immediately washed off (thus negating the purpose of said dishwasher!). Despite four engineer visits and countless service washes/cleaning of spray arms/plumbing tweaks it is still not working properly, but speaking to 'customer services' at Beko head office is like banging my head against a brick wall - purposeless and extremely painful. Basically I am left having to wash everything by hand while Beko tell me that the engineer can't find anything wrong... So what next? Shocking way to treat customers!

Drying not that impressive
I have had this machine now for a couple of months. It is very quiet and very versatile in that you can move things around to accommodate different size pots and pans. The gripe I have is that it does not dry tops of mugs and plastic items. Also some glassware comes out cloudy.

Value for money, quiet. Even with a full load we only ever use the half-hour wash. Sparkling glass. An occasional bead of water in milk saucepan but that's about it. Why pay the earth for Bosch and Miele when the Beko does the job just as well or so near to it that it's not worth mentioning?

So far so good - an excellent buy!
This dishwasher is quiet and efficient. Results are much better than the old Whirlpool model it replaced, with very few re-washes required, even on the most challenging pans. We bought online, based on recommendations on the Which website, and think we have an excellent, value for money deal.

Some little issues
This machine is much quieter than i expected and sometimes I forget it is on. The instructions are good and the programme options are explained well. I have some difficulty fitting decent size mugs in the top racks which i feel are too narrow. The drop down extra shelves, on the top rack, only come down fully if you have a small glass underneath at the time, otherwise it sits at an angle. I am disappointed with the drying of the tops of mugs and insides of glasses on a full economical cycle and often have to dry the tops of the bottoms of the mugs before i take them out.For the price I think it is good value for money.
