This dishwasher is the worst I have ever had. The wash performance is terrible and the drying is worse. I have had 4 engineer visits from BSH which have not found a problem and state the machine is "running to specification" even though 30 mins after a wash is finished all plates and utensils are soaking wet. The engineers ran through a diagnostic program which gave no errors, put on a clear plastic door to check the arms were rotating, increased the rinse aid and turned on intensive drying. Nothing changed the dishes and cutlery were still wet. Neff have agreed to refund me the cost of the dishwasher as a "good will" gesture but have advised not to buy a neff siemens or Bosch as they all dry the same way. Since they will not admit there is a problem with this dishwasher I can only assume that the dishwasher works like this (even though no engineer stayed to the end of a full wash cycle to see the results) This then means Which's review of this machines 5 star drying is also incorrect.
