I've had a number of dishwashers over the years and this one is by far the worst. It certainly is noisy. But its also very hard to load. The top deck in particular has narrow shelves which makes larger glasses and mugs fall off and also makes it impossible to avoid items touching and therefore not getting cleaned properly. Dishes fitted to the central prongs in this deck can foul against the ceiling fittings causing them to snap off. They snap back on again but that's not the point. If larger items are placed in the cutlery container on the bottom deck they can prevent the powder/tablet flap from opening properly leaving most of an undissolved tablet still in place when the cycle has finished and, of course, dirty dishes. Before we had worked out what was the cause we called out Comet because this kept happening. They replaced the whole mechanism but, obviously, the problem didn't go away.Even when that doesn't happen this machine still produces dirty dishes.
