Part of its 'Elite' range, Cuisinart claims its CH4DCU mini chopper is a 'must have for every kitchen'. We wanted to find out how easy it is to get good results for basic chopping tasks, as well as more demanding jobs like making mayonnaise, so we put this mini chopper to the test.
