The freestanding worktop-height Indesit TZA 1 freezer has 70 litres of usable space, divided between three drawers with opaque fronts - if you like being able to see at a glance what you've got in the freezer, this might not be the model for you. But we wanted to check how well it worked overall, so we tested this Indesit freezer in our labs.

Colour
The colour we give here are the colours of the freezers available at time of testing. Other colours may be released at a later date, so if you're looking for a silver freezer, but we only have the white version, check with the manufacturer. Built in appliances can have the same cupboard door attached to match the rest of your kitchen.
Warranty
Basic warranty offered at time of purchase. Extended warranties are sometimes available free of charge if you register your freezer with the manufacturer, so check your freezer's user manual.

Freezing capacity (kg/24hr)
The amount of fresh food that can be frozen to -18°C in 24 hours, this is important for taste and texture.
