We asked thousands of Which? members how satisfied they are with their brand of freezer. We had responses from owners of 17 different brands including Bosch, Hotpoint, Miele, Samsung and Whirlpool.
Owners’ views on freezer brands
One freezer brand stands out at the top of the Which? customer score table for freezers, scoring an impressive 89%. And several other big brands also rate highly, with scores of 75% or more.
