Fridge freezer reviews: Owners' views
We spoke to thousands of Which? members to find out how satisfied they are with their brand of fridge freezer. We had responses from owners of 20 different brands including Bosch, Hotpoint, Miele, Samsung and Whirlpool.
Fridge freezer owners’ views
Several fridge freezer brands stand out for Which? members, with the top brand getting an impressive Which? customer score of 82% and four brands getting 78%.
Several other brands also score highly – but one brand scores only 52% for its fridge freezers.
The Which? customer score shown in the table below is a combination of owners' satisfaction with the product and how likely they'd be to recommend it to a friend.
