Cookworks solo microwave, so far, so good
I bought this microwave to tide me over while waiting for my main one to be repaired. Although I didn't have high expectations it has been better than anticipated. It is a little slower to cook but I am used to a higher power, it means allowing extra time. For cooking vegetables, fish, scramble eggs and one-person microwave meals or heating a mug of water for coffee it seems fine, but I doubt it would stand up to the amount of use of my usual machine. It is lightweight and if I have one minor complaint it is that to open or close the door or to press the pads requires two hands, one to stop the oven moving about.
Great if used for Heating only.
I bought this microwave purely for Heating up soup, beans etc and re-heating. It does exactly what i want but if i decide to start roasting etc i will have to upgrade my microwave. I have had this microwave for 4 years now with no problems and considering it only cost £35 at the time i think it has been a bargain.
Lasted 6 months. Used daily for cooking porridge. Slow to heat.Programme defrost worked well.
