Dissapointing
I had a previous incarnation of this machine, and it was brilliant, the 6th Sense functions were brilliant, I bought the Black version, and had it for a couple of years, so when I need another this one was a natural choice, proven history of this manufacturer and of the type of product. The machine stayed in its box for a good few months before being ready to fit into a new kitchen, it lasted 3 Months before just dying, no power, just dead. Contacted Customer Care, and what a convoluted process, the machine weighs 28Kg ( Half a Hundredweight !) and had to be packed up and sent to Kent by courier. Appeared to be damaged in transit, then found not to be repairable, and eventually replaced by a Black Version. That version lasted three months before the door glass broke during a convection cooking cycle, again sent away, and after 4 months found to not be repairable, now on the third one.I suspect that the door is so complicated, that if it goes faulty, they can't be repaired.I have now run into problems with my three year old one, the the thermostat is reading 20 degrees high, so when roasting, the food is under cooked. No longer impressed with this model, was brilliant but no stamina.

Great Combi !
Well after 3 months of use, I would not be without it.OK, it is large and heavy, but as it is a 31 litres, 1000W Combi that also steams - it is great!I am not too keen on the 6th Sense settings, but all the other cooking ones are seem to be spot on.One draw back is the power selections, in that there is nothing between 750 and 1000W.

complicated and huge!
I've had this microwave for a few days. Seems to work really well, but the instruction booklet is small for such a big product with a lot of features not explained very well.It is also HUGE and extremely HEAVY! I measured the width, but didn't look too closely at the depth and height - thinking that it wouldn't be that big. I was wrong, so it will have to go back!
