Bought this oven in Oct 2011 but in stainless steel with the induction hob. Operation of the oven grill and hob are great I can not fault the induction hob at all. I have had a few minor faults which I have corrected on warranty. My main disappointment is that Rangemaster, AGA, Falcon and any other brand operating under the AGA brand do not offer an extended warranty or send out there own engineers to fix faults. Rangemaster customer support told me to contact Homeserve for additional warranty cover looking at the website they don't even cover appliances? This is poor customer service from such a big player in the appliance market. Just wish Bosch or Miele made range cookers?
