Slightly less powerful than Kenwood's Major KM020, the Kenwood Chef KM010 kitchen machine can handle 4.6 litres compared with the Major's 6.7 litre capacity, and can whisk 12 egg whites as opposed to 16. We wanted to know whether we'd get similar results in smaller quantities, and put this kitchen machine to the test.
