Buying Zanussi spares
Zanussi offers spares in its online shop at www.zanussi.co.uk. Certain washing machine parts are also available through Zanussi’s authorised repair and spare parts provider, Service Force (www.serviceforce.co.uk). You can contact Service Force on 08445 616 616 to buy spare parts, however its website says that it may refuse to sell you certain parts if it does not believe it is safe for you to carry out the repair yourself.
Alternatively, you can buy Zanussi washing machine spares from a variety of other online retailers, including Espares (www.espares.co.uk), Partmaster (www.partmaster.co.uk), UK Whitegoods (shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk) and Domestic Spares (www.domesticspares.co.uk).
You’ll need to know the model number of your Zanussi washing machine before ordering spares, as most parts are model-specific. The model number is usually displayed on the washing machine near the controls.

Service Force (www.serviceforce.co.uk) is Zanussi’s authorised repair organisation and you can book a visit from an engineer by calling 08445 616 616. Service Force says it charges a fixed fee for labour, however long the job takes, and the only additional charge is for the cost of the parts.
Alternatively, you can find an independent recommended plumber or appliance repairer in your area by visiting Which? Local – the local trader recommendation website exclusively for Which? Members. Nearly 3,000 plumbers have been recommended on Which? Local so far.
