German brand Bosch offers a wide selection of cylinder vacuum cleaners, including the Bosch Pro Energy vacuum, the Bosch Air Fresh vacuum and the Bosch Formula vacuum cleaner. It also offers vacuums specially designed to pick up animal hair, such as the Bosch Pet & Carpet vacuum. The Bosch vacs we’ve tested typically cost around £100 to £175.

In our vacuum reviews, Bosch vacs generally score very well for performance on traditional floorboards and laminate flooring. They also tend to score well for manoeuvrability and ease of emptying
