The first disappointment was, after seeing the machine in the showroom with castor wheels, unpacked our brand new dryer to find that the wheels had been 'cost optimised' out, and replaced by raised metal bumps.This machine has been a disaster. It takes forever to dry the clothes, and then invariably leaves heavy creasing. I have tried experimenting with different times and heat settings to no avail.And yes, of course the hose split after a few months of use.Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
