I have a White Knight BG83 Gas tumble dryer and have taken several days to try to get someone to repair it (in the Luton area) - still without success.WhiteKnight are very polite but are unable to give the name of any organisation which will repair a gas tumble dryer. The Gas Safe register shows many who are able to complete a new installation but cannot identify those who are able to undertake repairs.I would take the view that the manufacturer should get its act together and ensure that there are identifiable repair facilities throughout the country.

had gas drier before which lasted years so replaced with updated model. quiet ,efficient, choice of drying levels from damp to iron up to cupboard dry. would mount on shelf rather than stack on washing machine . definately buy this type ie gas and pleased with reliability of white knight.

A basic dryer that works very well. Cheap to run and clothes come out without creasing. If you have a gas connection close by and a suitable wall it makes senses to have a gas dryer.
