From the start I've had nothing but problems. Within a week the side came off and the filter flew out. The suction is terrible on carpets and I have to clean the filter so often its ridiculous. The customer services is only available during office hours and I work but they seem to just send me new parts which don't solve the problem. Am intending to get them to take away as soon as I get a day off to phone them.
