We've only had it 1 month, but it seems to provide excellent results.The 'Time Save' option is confusing. It reduces the washing time but there is no indication of whether this reduces the wash time, rinse time or what. On one occasion the time was reduced even further once the programme had commenced. The Helpline assured me this wasn't a fault with the timer, but may be due to the weight of the load, (?!!). So I now usually use the 'Economy' setting, which is lengthy, but hopefully economical !!
